The beautifully preserved tomb paintings in the burial chamber of Sennedjem (TT1) at Deir el-Medina. Sennedjem was a skilled artisan who worked on royal tombs during the reigns of Pharaohs Seti I and Ramesses II of the 19th Dynasty. The vivid paintings on a yellow ochre background depict scenes from the Book of the Dead and show Sennedjem and his wife Iyneferti in various funerary contexts and in the afterlife.
